Experience Authentic Yin Yoga, Meditation & Sound
Are you dreaming of an hour where you can be guided into a deeper connection with yourself, whether in a peaceful studio setting or from the comfort of your own home?
A space to simply be, not do. A place to unwind through guided meditation, Yin Yoga, and the healing essence of sound. Perhaps you're craving an intimate, nurturing community to return to regularly, or you're curious about Yin Yoga and meditation but unsure where to begin.
Whether you're drawn to the shared energy of a group or the quiet support of a one-on-one session, you're in the right place!

Hi! I’m Amanda.
I believe some of the most meaningful moments are shared, which is why I care deeply about creating spaces where community can come together to connect with themselves, others, nature, and spirit.
Over the years, I’ve travelled to reach studios after long days, only to end up in packed classes when what I needed was something more intimate. I've spent many years being active in my physical practice, only to be missing a slower more connective practise to balance things out.
That’s where my journey into meditation and Yin Yoga began. As a devoted student for over a decade I stepped up to do my teacher training so I could bring a gentle and connective practise to my community, to share the essence and richness of slowing down and connecting - together.
While self-practice is powerful, there’s something truly special about being supported by an experienced guide who can take you to places you might not reach on your own.
Over the years, I’ve discovered many paths to achieving a deep connection to self, my body, my vision, nature, and spirit. And now, I’m here to guide you on your own journey.
Yin Yoga for Every Body
I believe Yin Yoga and meditation should be accessible to everyone. My sessions are open to all people of all backgrounds, bodies, abilities, identities, and neurodivergent experiences. I meet each person exactly where they are, honouring your unique journey.
There’s a space just for you.
Whether in a small group or a one-on-one session, each class is your opportunity to show up exactly as you are. This is your time to reconnect, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Visualise a practice that aligns you with your highest self, bringing more balance, joy, and connection into your life.
Come experience it for yourself, your first session, group or private, is a no-pressure, no-expectations opportunity to try it out.
When the student is ready, the teacher appears, let me be your guide into deeper realms of self-discovery, unwinding into relaxation, and giving your body the love and attention it deserves.

Imagine a space where you can just be - no pressure, no expectations, just you and your practice. If any of this speaks to you, you might have just found your place:
• You’ve been curious about Yin Yoga and want to explore its benefits in a gentle, welcoming way.
• You love the idea of showing up as you are, no need for fancy gear or perfection.
• You want to move in a way that feels calm and comfortable for your unique body.
• You’re interested in practicing yoga either one-on-one or in a group setting, with guidance that honours your pace and space.
• You’re craving more stillness and slowness in your days but aren’t sure where to start.
• Meditation has been calling to you, and you’d love to learn the basics in a supportive space.
• You already have a meditation practice but are looking for a like-minded group to share it with.
• You’re ready to take control and build the life you want.
• More than anything, you’re ready to carve out time for yourself to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
If this feels like a little nod from the universe, I’d love to welcome you in.

My Promise to You:
I’m committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where you can explore Yin Yoga and meditation. Each class is designed to help you unwind from the day, connect with like-hearted individuals, or simply carve out some peaceful time for yourself.
In one-on-one sessions, you'll experience a peaceful, personalised space created just for you. With loving guidance and tailored support, you’ll connect deeply with yourself and feel truly held throughout your practice. These sessions are some of my favorites to offer. Seeing the positive shifts in my clients inspires me to continue this work with even more dedication.
My background as a support worker has given me deep insight into the experiences of people with disabilities and neurodivergence. When I began offering mindfulness, meditation, and sound healing at work, the powerful transformations and heartfelt feedback revealed just how important and impactful this work truly is. Working in the disability sector has profoundly changed my life, and my greatest wish is to bring mindfulness, meditation, and Yin Yoga to each individual in a way that honors their unique journey.
Whether you’re new to Yin Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I’ll offer modifications to ensure the practice suits your body and needs, helping you feel comfortable and empowered. I promise to hold space for your growth, guiding you as you tap into your own wisdom, build balance, and deepen your connection to yourself.

Need help?
Don't worry, I got you. Here are some answers for your questions.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, to target the deeper layers of your body, such as the connective tissue and fascia. It’s a restorative practice that encourages deep relaxation and mindfulness.
Not at all! Our classes are open to everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience. You can go at your own pace, and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
Yin Yoga can be adapted for a wide range of bodies and abilities. We can use props and other modifications to help you feel supported. If you'd like more individual attention or a quieter, more personalized space, one-on-one sessions are available and can be designed with your especially in mind.
Group classes are gently paced and welcoming, but I understand everyone experiences space and energy differently. If you’d feel more comfortable with fewer stimuli or more control over the environment, one-on-one sessions allow us to beautifully co-create a setting that feels right for you. It's one of my favourite parts of this work.
All equipment is provided, including mats, blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a water bottle if you'd like.
Each class varies but begins with a short meditation to ground your senses, center your mind, and draw your energy from the day back into your body. Then, we move through gentle Yin Yoga postures, holding each for several minutes to help your body open, release stored tension, and relax deeply. The class concludes with a final relaxation period, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the practice. This may be followed by a soothing sound session.
No! Yin Yoga is accessible to all bodies. The focus is on relaxation and mindful stretching, not on pushing your physical limits. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and adjust the poses to what feels right for you.
Yin Yoga is generally gentle, but it's always a good idea to check with your doctor if you have any concerns. I’m happy to offer modifications during class to help accommodate injuries or limitations.
After a Yin Yoga and meditation class, you might feel deeply relaxed, calm, and centered. Some
people feel energized, while others feel sleepy. Both are normal responses, and it's proven that
the benefits of the practice extend well beyond the session.
